Only the old dairy barn's stone foundation was left. So the new owners of this farmstead asked Todd to create a gardener's retreat inside the stone walls. New garden house and greenhouse were built into the old walls, so was smoke house. All from the original local stone. A new corn crib gazebo was added too.
